Even though the busyness of Summer is behind us, we are continuing our weekly Monday meditations.
Styles and traditions will vary week to week:
1st Mondays- Centering Prayer
2nd Mondays- Mindfulness meditation
3rd Mondays- Zazen/Silent meditation
4th Mondays- Lectio Divina.
Sessions will begin at 8:30 and last between 45 minutes and an hour. Bring a cushion or meditation bench if you prefer to sit on the floor, or just take a seat in one of our pews.
PLEASE NOTE: there will be no sessions on: Labor Day or Columbus/Indigenous Peoples Day
