Join our weekly Monday meditations. During the winter, sessions will be held at the Parsonage.
Styles and traditions will vary week to week:
1st Mondays- Centering Prayer
2nd Mondays- Mindfulness meditation
3rd Mondays- Zazen/Silent meditation
4th Mondays- Lectio Divina.
Sessions will begin at 8:30 and last between 45 minutes and an hour.
